INTRODUCTION
6th century B.C. was a significant time ever. This was the period when an extraordinary promoter of humanity was conceived and got prestigious as Gautama, the Buddha. The Buddha rediscovered the way of Dhamma, the law of nature (the way to freedom), prompting the annihilation of general misery. With extraordinary sympathy, he went through 45 years showing Dhamma, the way out of torment, to a large number of individuals helping them to emerge from their hopelessness.
Indeed, even today this way is helping mankind, and will keep on doing so gave the lessons and practice are kept up in their immaculate virtue.

Vipassana Meditation will be given.
Siddhartha to Buddha
After attaining Nirvana, Siddhartha became Buddha. 2500 years back, he preached his concept of equality, non violence and way for salvation. Many people flocked around him for only one great thing that attracted their minds. It is meditation preached by Buddha, known as Vipassana. A simple, elegant way of freeing mind from thoughts. Even today there are many Buddhist preachers who taught us Vipassana for free. It was the greatest gift to mankind by Lord Buddha.
