Health and Fitness – A Self-stance (Part 1)
One of the essential step in our life is to self guard the health. This can be achieved by doing the routine activities on time. Let me start my perspective with the health and fitness fitness of the human body for healthy life. Fitness which is related with a physical activity termed “Exercise”. People wish to be fit by doing exercise. But their life style makes it reticulated to spend time on exercises. It is best a practice in life for healthy life style is to keep tracking of time.To speak with this activity, Ben Franklin’s old saying “Early to bed, and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” It’s actually true.
Peaceful sleep
I’m a morning person either, but I’ve found that by going to bed earlier, I actually can wake up first thing in the A.M. That has made me energetic and dare I say more successful.
Exercises
Doing indoor exercises makes body fitness. It is a regular practice of doing exercises half an hour with a regular break on every Sundays to regain the muscles.
Drinking water
Next benefit of health and fitness is achieved by drinking normal water to the required content, usually in empty stomach. The following points discuss about the benefits.
1. Keeping in balance
Water makes up about 60% of our body. Drinking enough water maintains our body’s fluid balance, nutrient transportation, temperature regulation, digestion thus leading a healthy life by making fit.
2. Munch control
Drinking water could also help with weight loss. Water simply helps people good and, as a result, consume fewer calories.Trusted Source. This should be enhanced for the healthier fife with fit body
3. Kidney helper
Kidneys process our blood daily, sifting out waste and transporting urine to our bladder. But they need enough amount of water to clear out the stuff our body doesn’t need.
4. Productivity boost
A glass of water may be just what we need at regular intervals during work. The more we drink, the more often we’ll need to take bathroom breaks. Those quick walks to the rest will help us stay alert
5. Hangover helper
It is a good medicine to handout the headache by having more quantity of water.
6. Keep things flowing
Nobody wants to deal with constipation and digestion disorders Research has shown that dehydration contributes to constipation in some people, so drinking more water may help make things, ahem, move smoothly.
7. Sickness fighter
Water may help with de-congestion when we are feeling under the weather. Consume more with the forecast of weather
8. Brain washer
Students bringing water into an exam room and better grades, suggesting water promotes clearer thinking.
While it’s unclear whether drinking the water really had anything to do with getting a better score, it doesn’t hurt to try it out! The above mentioned are to improve the healthy life and leading a fitness body
Eating at right time
It is a useful behavior to have the right food at right time for the healthy life and keep it fitness. It is said that ‘your diet defines our thoughts and our thoughts define our actions’.
1. Maintain the sanctity while eating
There is a custom of avoiding touching each other while eating. Since digested food gets converted into blood, extra precautions should be taken while eating food. Food affects the mind. Touch can affect the mind adversely. Food eaten gets divided into 3 parts. Muscles and tissues are created from the food that is digested and absorbed in the blood. Undigested food turns into faeces.
2. Enjoy the taste of food
We should eat each item by enjoying its taste; because, only after knowing the taste we can get the food prepared from our mother or the daughter accordingly.
3. Avoid the following while eating for health
A. Avoid supporting yourself with your left hand while eating food
If the left hand is used as a support for sitting,the pressure on it increases, thereby increasing its grossness.Consequently, its ability to imbibe distressing vibrations from foot increases. Thus, interference from negative energies in the conduct of having a meal increases.
B. Avoid making any sound while eating
C. Avoid talking while eating
Be silent while bathing, while eating food and also in chanting. A great deal of energy is wasted in talking while eating. The mind is restless since most of the time the talk is about worldly matters. A covering of distressing energy and illusory happiness too are created around the body, which makes the body fitness.
D. Avoid speaking on the mobile phone while eating
Speaking on the mobile phone while eating leads to the body getting charged with vibrations. Hence, this act (of causing harm to the body with the help of impure vibrations)should be avoided to lead good health.
E. Avoid reading while eating
If reading is done while eating, the mind gets diverted from the food & the attitude becomes extroverted. Therefore, there is a likelihood of attacks of negative energies during this act.
F. Eating while watching television, discussing worldly matters and Chanting
Eating is not merely an act of satisfying hunger. It is a Yadnyakarma and hence, it should be performed with due reverence. Therefore, if we joke, get angry or read while eating, then attention will get diverted from the food; besides predominant actions like anger have harmful effects.
G. Do not offer food from your plate to another individual while eating for health
If the individual offering food is suffering from distress due to negative energies, the negative energies can trouble the recipient individual through the medium of food.
H. Two individuals should not eat from the same plate
When two individuals eat together from the same plate, the desire waves emitting from their body become active around the same plate. It leads to creation of irregular designs of the desire waves of both the individuals over the food, and subtle vibrations are created in these designs.
I. Do not sit or sleep with unwashed hands after eating food
Negative energies that wander in the environment with their negative effects get attracted to the food particles sticking to the fingers when we sit or sleep without washing the hands after eating. The negative energies are likely to enter the body of the individual through its fingers. It is better to clean the hands and only then commence the next task. This leads to the fitness improvement by caring the health
J. Do not eat while standing or walking
Eating food while standing increases circulation of downward moving waves in the body. This results in improper digestion.
3. When eating food in a group, why should one not get up till everyone has finished eating ?
A. Reasons associated with the self
- Im adding some more points for the healthier life and fitness body
- Psychological reason (Incurring demerits on disrespecting others) : Getting up while others are still eating amounts to disrespecting others. Such behavior results in incurring of inferior level demerits.
B. Reasons associated with others
If upon completing their meal people start getting up one by one, the remaining people will come under undue pressure to finish their meal faster. Sometimes they may even get up with a partially filled stomach.
