“Everything is happening for a reason” a mantra for life from “The complete works of Vivekananda”: Not for all, but for those who want to have a meaning for their life.
The famous quote about self-reflection and self-questioning from Vivekananda is “Talk to yourself once in a day, otherwise, you may miss meeting an intelligent person in this world”. There are many welfares of self-questioning. You must learn to ask yourself questions in all your situations.
(“Everything is happening for a reason”)
Learning to be thoughtful and fetching passionately released are the real welfares of self-questioning. Self-questioning is an effective metacognitive strategy as it encourages people to think more deeply about life. This tactic supports people to progress their wisdom by assisting the motivation for their thoughtfulness. This also leads to having a stronger connection between the soul and the conscious mind. The investigation has exposed self-questioning to be a very commanding wisdom tactic. However, in order to make the best use of its impact, we need to confirm people that they know how/why it helps people to achieve their real wisdom. People are needed to be motivated on, what kind of questions they must be questioning themselves. They also have to be motivated on how to create an abundance of space in order to permit the application of self-questioning in their lives.
Many of us think that the quote (“Everything is happening for a reason”) is very simple and it seems to be the very easiest one to follow in our lives. But once it is implemented in our lives, we feel it’s very difficult to apply the same in our life in all situations. According to many psychological studies about life-changing thoughts, the Buddha moment ( enlightening thoughts) for the people will always come from the person’s subconscious mind when they face their worst situation that they failed to handle in their life.
• Hardly less than 13% of people only have effectively understood the Buddha moment/thoughts.
• And the remaining are failing to take the lesson and meaning from the things which has happened in their life.
• For example, you are making yourself ready to catch a bus, but what if you fail to catch the bus on time? You might think that you had missed the bus because your mom had prepared breakfast late.
• More than 58% of the people immediately start to blame others for their losses.
• And 29% of the people will think that they have to be careful next time. But finally, they will blame others for their losses and they will insist them that “Hereafter I will never blame anyone in my life for any reason”. But keep on, these people are telling the same (“Hereafter I will never blame anyone in my life for any reason”) for all their situations.
• The remaining 13% of people are a kind of wise who will always tell them “Everything happens for a reason”.
• If you are the one among that 13 percentages, then you are most welcome.
No matter whatever happens in your life, always remember the famous quote given by Swami Vivekananda, “The remedy for the bad habit is always the counter habit”.
Everything that happens in this universe is happening for a reason because there is nothing called coincidence in your life
• You have to find out the reason for the question “why this is happening in my life”. But the problem with most of us is very similar while handling the situation in our life. We are carrying the worries and negativity like a shadow in our daily life.
• “Why this is happening to me?” and “why this is happening only to me?” are the two types of self-questioning.
• Lots of research has been done on this self-questioning, a person’s reaction and the same has been evaluated for centuries.
• For the first type of self-questioning, Wise man always thinks about his own situation in the way of “Why this is happening to me?” and he has to decrypt the lesson from the same which happened in his life.
• For the second type of self-questioning, the normal person always thinks about his own situation in the way of “Why this is happening only to me?” and he is not ready to decrypt the lesson from the same which happened in his life. He is always asking the question to the universe and blaming the entire universe for the reason of the things happening in his life. His point is “Why this is happening only to me?” why not for my neighbor/someone.
Every human wants to be a wise person, but many of us are lagging behind in implementing the patterns and virtual practice for achieving it. Doing is good, but that comes when thinking is absolutely good. Self-questioning is only an effective way to read our own mind and it is the only tool which helps people to become a wise person. Real wisdom always lies in self-questioning, at least five minutes a day has to be spent on this ritual. A few points which are very important for a person who wants to become a wise man are:
- The ultimate goal of human life is not happiness, it is “freedom”. The freedom always lies in self-questioning and its ritual.
- Misery comes after every moment of happiness, because they both are exactly like the sides of the coin. Misery and happiness may be far apart or near.
- The specific heat consumption for water molecules increases linearly when the temperature of the water is increased.
This indirectly indicates the problem in your life which is also a linear factor of your own growth. Be like the water, which submitted its own move on the flow of the river.
Now it is the right time to take the challenge:
Take a 21-day challenge which gives a new pattern for your life into the real positivity. No matter whatever happens in your life, just tell yourself that “Everything is happening for a reason”. Always carry a paper/pocket diary with you for marking the count of the statement (“Everything is happening for a reason”) by yourself. Forget about the count for 21 days; focus on the feel from that statement. Ask yourself a couple of questions every day (1. Are you ready to accept that everything is happening for a reason? 2. How you feel about your own acceptance of reality?
