Hey, Hi Happy one!!!
Here is a small note to make you happy from my knowledge.
Whatever happens, Happens for good!!!
Nothing is Permanent(Neither Happiness😂 nor Sadness☹️) is the keyword of my life or it can be taken as Loop Hole to run our life happily.
And you know, our mood is fickle🥴. Who knows, how much of your mood has changed while reading this blog.
Some people would always refer to the Internet for the contents of which they are not aware. This condition leads people to search even how to be happy in Google, when they are sad.
Aaaah!!!, 🙄 Where are we??? Searching for the salt of our kitchen in Google. Please,, Keep aside.
Don’t search for our happiness in others’ minds.
Just think, Are we satisfied if others eat food for us?? Haaah!, Might be old dialogue but it can be understood soon😛. Naah!!, Right. We will be satisfied when we eat for ourselves. Mmm, Yummy
Happiness is exactly similar to the above statement, we will be happy if we take every situation in a positive way. Might sound easy but it is very difficult to follow in this pandemic dears.
There are lots of situation that leads to depression/stress, Like work pressure, paying bills, Household working in a restless environment is difficult and even worse to hear/read this sense. Right, Don’t worry. I’ll skip to the good part of this blog.
Just imagine, Negative/ depressive situations happen in two ways; One is that we make wrong decisions or do not work properly. Another one is some negative vibes focus us(In a simple sense, Someone shows their aggressiveness towards us or their sadness makes us feel sad etc)
There are some suggestions from my side to observe and spread positive vibes.
Morning Vibe:
After you wake up, just come out(Chilllllll🥶) and inhale the fresh air. Some might be in a state to search fresh air, Never mind this point. Just inhale and say that you are surrounded with positive aura and spread that positive vibes to your mates. Morning Exercise or yoga is advisable. But I will not force you, as I know how difficult to reach college before 8.30AM😣. Just do some easy body movements😉.
Music List:
Songs play a major role in Stress Relief. Make your own music list in mobile devices. Even many online music vendor providing a separate section for stress relief songs. There are different music to be heard for our mood swings. If you are in work, there are certain music or If you are sad, there are certain relaxation music. Like It has various sections, Just take a look on it.
Spend Time with loved one:
When you are aggressive or depressive, just look around(to those who don’t have a loved one); You will notice a person who wears a smile on them for sure😆. Just observe the happiness of that person( either a baby/person/anyone). Realize, we will not be happy always or sad always. Even the time of us swings between happy and sad feelings. Spend time with them even if you don’t know them. Try to make a conversation with them.
All said above suits to the person who don’t have loved one. If you have one, share your feelings with them. Before that, make sure their mood whether they are happy to hear your feelings😜.
Kindly remember!!!! This logic won’t work, if you are alone in a room😒. Call to the loved ones or play some games, Engage you in other works if your alone.
Stop taking things Personally:
“Nobody can hurt me without my permission.”-Mahatma Gandhi
A problem starts here; If are you are in sad or happy situation, live in that moment. Don’t take the memories of that situation to hurt you.
If you think; It is hurting you, try to come of it by engaging you in other works.
Else, Fix a time. If the sad situation happens in the morning of the day and its memories hurting you. Just fix a time like that complete day or a day afternoon is the time you should think of it. After that focus on other works.
Cause that situation is not permanent. Then why you are making that memories to be permanent and hurting yourself???
That sad situation is past, build an Attitude to make a better future. Don’t stick to the past.
If someone showing their angriness to you . Just chillll!!!, Never Mind. Cause they are not brave enough to handle their emotions and showing it to you madly. But you are brave enough to handle your emotions. Right Cutties!!! In that Situation, Treat them like a child.
It would be difficult in the beginning but when you used to it, It would be comfortable for you to face the situation.
You/Self:
You is the Powerful Feeling. When Everything Fails or Everyone leaves you, Don’t look around. Look at you.
Realize you are foremost brave enough to handle things, No matter where you are, what you are.
Have Faith in you, Believe you.
Every Problems will look like comedy series to you. Don’t always look for others help or dependent on others.
Just imagine, You are stuck in a forest surrounded by wild animals. Nobody is there to help, Err!!, what will you do??? Obviously, you will run for your life. You won’t seek for somebody and surrender your life as it is, to that animals. Right.
The same happens in your life. If something you don’t know to complete and seeking for others to help you. I swear it would be an extra work to that person and it won’t be perfect like what you do(when you are familiar with that work).
Run for you, Run for your life.
Believe yourself, Build an attitude to face everything bravely.
Cause only you, will be there in all situations( either sad or happy). At the end of the day. Only you is your hope and you is everything.
There will not always a person to help you in all situations.
At last, Leaving with small tips:
- If some negative vibes attacking you, just think three positive things happened in your life to overcome that negative vibes.
- Watch some comedy series/music/art etc. to engage you in other works rather into sad dilemma.
- Color therapy is an interesting thing, wear your favorite color things. Surround yourself with positive color or your favorite color.
- Surround yourselves with sweet fragrance like flowers, Perfume etc.
- Build Positive Aura around you and Spread it to the world
- Believe Yourself. Help Others.
- Face others with sweet smile that shows your confidence.
- Don’t change yourself just to make others happy.
- Stay Positive
