The main purpose of meditation is to increase our concentration level and it improves our sharpness of brain. Yoga helps to increase our concentration on gazing. For young people meditation gives fantastic output. Through yoga you can make your mind peace, your mental and physical health will be good. Especially for the teenagers when there are a lot of things going in their life. Leading to a lot of stress,mental health disorders commonly develop in the teenage years.
Yoga may serve a mental health in the adolescence time we can develop our mental health. And its important to deal with a right manner. Meditation and yoga can improve the students concentration level and they have to focus in a right manner. Through yoga techniques we can get a relaxation and flexibility. Yoga makes the person fit and increase their lifetime. Through meditation it provides a peace of mind and controls over the body.
